Class Guarantee*

LEAP guarantees all students will improve their ACT or SAT scores.  Students who do not improve and meet the criteria below will be eligible to re-take the group class at no cost.

  • Attend all classes – no absences, late arrivals, or leaving early.
  • Complete 100% of all in-class practice, assigned homework, and the full-length practice test administered at the final class. This includes: using “bubble sheets” with our LEAP Lens program for answer documents and annotating the tests both in-class and for homework.
    • If preparing for the ACT, complete all ACT assigned work; if preparing for the SAT, complete all SAT assigned work.
  • Submit all assigned practice tests for LEAP Lens grading.
  • Take the very next ACT or SAT immediately following the end of the class.
  • Students must have a baseline score – either LEAP’s diagnostic ACT, a LEAP offered ACT practice test, or an official ACT or SAT test.  For the guarantee, we do not accept diagnostic tests administered by other companies nor PreACT or PSAT scores.
  • The student must submit the original score and an official ACT or SAT score report to LEAP within 2 weeks of the score release date.

The guarantee is not applicable to students with a starting ACT of 32+ or SAT of 1420+. *Certain additional restrictions may apply to some students including those testing with accommodations and those taking the LEAP class multiple times.

Students who do not improve and meet the above criteria may retake the LEAP group strategies class for no additional charge. If the student retakes the class, meets the above requirements, and still does not improve, LEAP will fully refund the class fee and the additional testing fee for an official ACT or SAT without the writing.


Tutoring Guarantee*

LEAP guarantees all students will improve their ACT or SAT scores after 20+ hours of tutoring.  Students who do not improve and meet the criteria will receive free tutoring for the next official test date.

  • Attend at least 20 hours of 1:1 tutoring with LEAP.
  • No: no-shows, late arrivals, or leaving early.
  • Complete 100% of all in-tutoring practice and assigned homework. This includes: using “bubble sheets” with our LEAP Lens program for answer documents and annotating the tests both in-class and for homework.
    • If preparing for the ACT, complete all ACT assigned work; if preparing for the SAT, complete all SAT assigned work.
  • Submit all assigned practice tests for LEAP Lens grading.
  • Attend a LEAP full-length practice test after tutoring starts but before the next official test.
  • Take the very next ACT or SAT immediately following the end of tutoring.
  • Students must have a baseline score – either LEAP’s diagnostic ACT, a LEAP offered ACT practice test, or an official ACT or SAT test.  For the guarantee, we do not accept diagnostic tests administered by other companies nor PreACT or PSAT scores.
